Whether the event is for 50 people or 1000 people with a budget of a few hundred dollars or thousands of dollars your event should be unforgettable. If your cost exceeds your budget, a planner will help you reconsider your vendors and budget. If you are under your budget a planner will help you stay under budget. The second criteria: “What is the Purpose?” You need to know why you are holding the event. What your objectives and goals are. A Planner will help you achieve your goals and objective while staying in your budget. You need to be very clear on your objectives. Your objectives will have a big impact on your budget and will effect how you plan and set up your event. A Planner will help you stay with your targeted audience.
