Summer holidays are just around the corner and therefore it is essential to organize something to keep your kids busy. The complex offers Summer Camp 2009 wherein your child can participate and learn more about Baseball. The Summer Camp 2009 at BB Grandslam starts from July and continues through August. The camps are for five days each and there are different batches for the same. You can register your child in the batch that suits you. The trainers for the summer camp also differ.
The first batch of the baseball summer camp starts from 6th July 2009 and continues till 10th July 2009. The camp director here is Steve Kania. He is the camp director for the next batch as well which starts from 13th July 2009 and ends on 17th July. The director has been the State Softball Coach of the year thrice and his career record boasts of 356 wins and 89 Losses in 18 Seasons at Bound Brook High School.
The duration of the next four batches of Summer camp 2009 at BB Grandslam are 20th July to 24th July, 27th July to 31st July, 17th August to 21st August and 24th august to 28th August. The camp directors here are Bobby Bonds III and Tilson Brito.
Camp director Bobby Bonds III is the son of Bobby Bonds and has quite good credentials himself. He has played in the Padres Organization from 1992-95, in San Francisco Giants Organization from 1996-98 and other organizations as well. At present he is working as a regular trainer at the BB Grandslam complex.
Tilson Brito has played pro baseball from 1989 to 2008 and holds a very good experience in this field. He had also won the Golden Glove in 2002 and his career highlights include the record breaking 7 home runs in 7 straight games in the year 2007. Your children would be getting training from these professional players under the summer camps organized by the complex.
The timings for the camp are 9AM to 3PM and the charges are $250 for a single child. In case 2 people are joining together then the second child gets a 50 % discount and the total sum for the two of them comes to be $375.
