Passing landscaped gardens, cascading fountains dating from early 20th century, a waterfall and a fish filled pond with a selection of lilies, papyrus, goldfish, frogs and terrapins, you may be fortunate enough to stumble across a very secret garden. With narrow, stone steps leading up towards the latticed, wooden bridge, you will be willed into exploring further and you will be glad you did so. As you climb your way through hibiscus, colourful bougainvillea and fragrant jasmine, you will come out to a wide expanse of area known as, ‘The Dell’. Climbers, creepers, scramblers, shrubs and bulbs make a delightfully natural marquee where wisteria and palms make a perfectly romantic setting for a very intimate wedding or blessing or other celebration to take place.
